A Fantastic necklace of ancient natural amber! Graduated beads from about 10mm to about 25mm are hand cut and hand-knotted onto four strands of rust-colored silk. This amber is not the "parts-is-parts" material we're used-to seeing. This is gorgeous, mostly transparent and contains lots of great DNA, including several whole insects.

The necklace is 61 inches long (shown tripled) and has a simple gold-filled hook and eye clasp.
